Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Kolkata. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include coordinating property showings, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, staying informed about the latest market trends, and maintaining a thorough understanding of real estate regulations and practices.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the local Kolkata real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
