Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on market conditions. The role also involves generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and delivering training sessions to junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Skills in Sales and Negotiation
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Knowledge of the New Delhi real estate market is a plus
