Real Estate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert qualified leads into site visits and successful closures
• Coordinate with clients for property visits and project briefings
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
• Maintain regular follow-ups and client updates through calls and CRM systems
• Understand project details, pricing, payment plans, and competition
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns for lead generation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a plus
