Real Estate Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for tasks including identifying client needs, providing guidance on real property matters, assisting clients in buying, selling properties, conducting property market research, and preparing contracts. The consultant will also participate in negotiation processes, maintain a strong client database, and offer excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
