Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at RNR Infra, your primary responsibility will be to build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. You will explain the properties to customers and develop RNR Infra as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building good working relationships with clients and maintaining relationships with channel partners through various communication channels such as in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails will be crucial in this role. Following up with potential customers, conducting need analysis, facilitating negotiations, and closing sales by submitting relevant documents to the seller are key tasks. Understanding the company's core values and goals is essential to report on sales activities to top management focusing on current performance and future benchmarks. Developing sales strategies, working towards targets, managing major customer accounts, and tracking sales figures for reporting purposes are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling and fixing meetings with clients as required.
