The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile projects including DLF, Elan, TARC, Whiteland, Sobha, Emaar, M3M etc. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Gurugram real estate market. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Present property options and conduct property viewings. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
