Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property acquisitions, identifying investment opportunities, and negotiating property transactions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting real estate options to clients, handling paperwork, and providing training to junior team members when needed. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market and trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate market in Noida is a plus
