Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, conducting property tours, and providing training to clients and team members. The role requires active engagement in sales activities, client relationship management, and market research to identify property opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Real Estate and Real Property skills
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation
• Training skills to guide clients and team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a real estate consulting or similar role is a plus
