Hiya Real estate Consultant is looking for a skilled and versatile 3D Generalist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of all major areas in 3D production, including Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, and Animation. Additional skills in Graphics Design and Video Editing will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage 3D assets from concept to final output.

Work across the 3D pipeline including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation.

Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality training content and student projects.

Assist students and trainees with software techniques and project work.

Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality.

Stay updated with the latest tools, software, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya & 3ds Max (Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, Animation).

Experience with other tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a bonus.

Ability to handle multiple aspects of the 3D pipeline independently.

Previous experience in teaching or production (1+ years preferred).

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Advantages:

Knowledge of graphic design principles.

Experience in video editing and compositing.

Familiarity with other industry software such as Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.
