The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through property buying, selling, and renting processes. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, assessing clients property needs, researching market trends, negotiating deals, and advising on real estate transactions. The consultant will also conduct property showings and provide training on real estate best practices when required. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Experience in Sales and Negotiation Ability to deliver effective Training sessions and provide professional guidance Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Understanding of local property laws and market trends in Bengaluru Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Professional demeanor and client-focused approach
