Role Overview: As a Real Estate Counselor, your main responsibility will be to assist builders and developers in implementing our CRM software and improving their sales and lead management processes. Your expertise in the real estate industry and proficiency in technology will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to clients on using real estate CRM and recommend best practices - Conduct training sessions on lead tracking, sales automation, and reporting - Customize CRM workflows to suit the requirements of real estate businesses - Assist in the implementation process and ensure ongoing client success - Gather client feedback to contribute to product enhancements Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate counseling or CRM advisory - In-depth understanding of real estate sales and lead cycles - Familiarity with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. - Strong communication skills and ability to handle clients effectively Additional Company Details: The company offers a competitive salary along with incentives. You will report to the CRM Product Manager or Customer Success Head. The work schedule is full-time with day shifts and a fixed shift. The job requires in-person work at the Indore location. If you meet the preferred qualifications of onboarding teams onto CRM or tech platforms and have knowledge of property portals and digital tools, it will be an added advantage.
