Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Real Estate Channel Partner Acquisition Manager

with strong expertise in the

real estate, FB, or hospitality expansion

domains. The ideal candidate will build and manage a robust network of real estate channel partners, IPCs, and brokers to support

FashionTV s pan-India franchise expansion

including

FTV Bars, Lounges, Caf s, Salons, and we'llness concepts

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard
real estate channel partners, CPs, and ICPs
across major Indian cities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
builders, developers, IPCs, and brokerage firms
.
Collaborate with the property acquisition and project teams to finalize suitable FTV franchise locations.
Drive
lead generation, partner engagement, and property sourcing initiatives
.
Negotiate partnership terms ensuring mutual profitability and sustainable growth.
Represent the brand at
real estate expos, partner meets, and business networking events
.
Maintain detailed
MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
for all channel partners.

Requirements

Must-Have:

3 8 years of experience in
Channel Partner / Developer / Broker acquisition
or
real estate sales
.
Established network in
real estate, FB, or retail expansion
sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools, MS Office, and property databases
.
Mumbai-based candidate
willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Preferred:

Prior experience in
FB / Retail franchise rollouts
or
hospitality real estate
.
Exposure to working with real estate platforms such as
Anarock, Square Yards, 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, etc
Proven track record of driving
franchise or channel expansion
across regions.
