Role Overview:

Dr Realtor is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Sales Associates. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, while building and maintaining relationships across the local market. There is no fixed salary; income is entirely commission or profit-based. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings.
• Generate and follow up on leads, prospect for clients, and manage buyer.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation such as sales agreements and contracts.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice.
• Build and nurture a network of contacts: clients, property owners, and market professionals.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, motivated by results and incentive-based earnings
• Familiarity with property market trends and basic documentation (training will be provided).
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High professionalism and customer service orientation.
