Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, property valuations, negotiation, and transaction management. The agent will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property Management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and valuations
• Experience with transaction management and documentation
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
