Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while offering expert advice and market insights. Day-to-day activities include conducting property viewings, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing real estate documents, negotiating deals, and staying updated on local property trends and market conditions to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

• Possession of a basic interest and knowledge in real estate
• Proficiency in customer service and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle real estate sales transactions and experience with real property management
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
