The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends to provide valuable insights to clients. The role demands effective communication and strong organizational skills. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property Strong Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to manage client relationships Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and collaboration Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Delhi is a plus Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
