Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth classroom and live training sessions on

  React JS

  and modern front-end technologies.
• Prepare and continuously update

  course content, assignments, and live projects

  aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students in hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and interview readiness.
• Work closely with internal

  development and placement teams

  to ensure successful outcomes.
• Track and evaluate student performance and maintain progress reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of real-time experience in

  React JS development

  or

  training

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, Redux/Context API

  .
• Familiar with

  RESTful API integration

  ,

  Node.js basics

  , and

  Git version control

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  Next.js

  ,

  TypeScript

  , or

  modern build tools

  (Webpack/Vite).
• Prior experience in guiding projects or managing batches.
