ReactJS Team Lead

Experience : 4-5 Years

Role & Responsibilities (React JS Team Lead)

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React.js best practices
• Architect and develop reusable, maintainable UI components for large-scale applications
• Lead and guide the front-end team by reviewing code, mentoring developers, and enforcing coding standards
• Implement and manage state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.) for complex applications
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance; identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Oversee unit testing, debugging, and code quality assurance to maintain clean and reliable codebases
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and responsive design standards
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to estimate tasks, plan sprints, and deliver on timelines
• Maintain proper technical documentation, coding guidelines, and best practices for the team

Requirements (React JS Team Lead)

• Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and libraries
• In-depth knowledge of state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API)
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
• Proven ability in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a React JS team
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Candidate must be from Kolkata / West Bengal
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
