Job Summary:

We are hiring multiple React.js Developers with 7+ years of experience and strong academic foundations. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in frontend web development using React.js, deep understanding of modern JavaScript, and a drive to create clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user interface components using React.js for web-based applications.

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.

• Optimize components for performance across various browsers and devices.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver well-integrated features.

• Maintain code integrity and ensure responsiveness across platforms.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues as needed.

• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development practices.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance (for senior roles).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).

• Understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

• Comfortable with Git and version control practices.

• Deep expertise in React.js ecosystem and performance optimization.

• Experience leading frontend architecture decisions.

• Proven ability to guide and mentor junior developers.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.

• Exposure to Next.js or other React frameworks.

• Familiarity with UI libraries like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design.

• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and frontend deployment.

• Knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practices
