React / React Native Developer (Experienced)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced React / React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote-first position with occasional in-person meetings in Kochi, offering the flexibility of working from anywhere while staying connected with the team.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with a talented team — we’d love to meet you.

We are looking for candidates from Kerala and Tamilnadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and smooth user interaction
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Integrate APIs and ensure efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and JavaScript ecosystem trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile app lifecycle
• Proficient with Git or other version control systems
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js, Expo, or GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
