React Native Developer

Job Summary:

As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms using React Native. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless mobile experiences to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Work with native modules when required (iOS/Android)
• Collaborate with the product team to deliver user-friendly features
• Troubleshoot and debug mobile applications
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and usability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Use Git for version control and collaborate via code reviews
• Test applications on multiple devices and platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying mobile apps to App Store and Google Play
• Familiarity with iOS and Android SDKs
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
• Knowledge of mobile design patterns and UI/UX best practices
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Firebase, Google Maps, Push Notifications)
• Understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with native development (Swift/Java/Kotlin) is a plus
• Familiarity with React Navigation, Expo, or Fastlane
• Knowledge of mobile security and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile
• Unit and integration testing experience (e.g., Jest, Detox)

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
