React Native Developer

We're looking for a Front-End Lead Engineer to head the development of our cross-platform mobile applications. You will take ownership of the front-end architecture, lead a small team of mobile engineers, and manage the entire release cycle—from development to deployment on the App Store and Google Play.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Define scalable front-end architecture and enforce high coding standards.
• Mentor and guide a team through code reviews and technical direction.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create elegant, performant UI.

Development & Delivery

• Build and maintain React Native apps using Expo and EAS.
• Implement offline-first strategies, accessibility features, and performance optimizations.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and full mobile release process (iOS & Android).

Collaboration

• Work closely with backend teams for secure and efficient API integrations.
• Partner with UX/UI designers for pixel-perfect implementations and smooth animations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong expertise in React Native, Expo, and EAS.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a strong grasp of mobile performance tuning.
• Experience with:
• Native modules (iOS & Android)
• Push notifications
• Analytics and secure storage
• Clear and effective communication skills.
