Overall 5+ years of IT experience with 4+ in react/next js/Node js Proven experience developing web applications using framework of Next.js and React js, with a strong understanding of their features and best practices.

About the Role

Proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries Strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Leading lean team for engineering best practices.
• Providing technical mentorship/leadership and guidance to team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development
• Optimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones

Qualifications

Familiar with version control systems, such as Git Familiar with testing frameworks and libraries. Familiar with server-side technologies, such as Node.js Knowledge of agile software development methodologies. Scrum or Kanban is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative web solutions Possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
