What You'll Do Develop and maintain modern React applications with focus on performance and user experience Build responsive web applications ensuring seamless experience across all devices Integrate AI-powered features and work with modern LLM APIs to enhance educational experiences Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create interactive educational interfaces Optimize application performance for educational content delivery and mobile users Work with APIs and databases to create dynamic, data-driven educational experiences Implement modern development practices including testing and code quality standards Leverage AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions What We're Looking For Required Skills: 2+ years of React development experience with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (We are seeking experienced professionals with proven track record - fresh graduates are not being considered at this time) Experience with modern React patterns, hooks, and state management Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Knowledge of version control (Git) and modern development workflows Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Next.js framework (SSR, SSG, API routes) Familiarity with serverless architectures and edge computing concepts Background in educational technology or content-heavy applications Experience with PostgreSQL or modern database systems Knowledge of real-time applications and WebSocket implementations Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar Backend-as-a-Service platforms Familiarity with Cloudflare services or CDN technologies Experience with workflow automation tools Understanding of authentication systems and user management Proficiency with modern AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot) Experience building AI-integrated features or working with LLM APIs Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in web development What We Offer Competitive salary Remote-first work environment with flexible schedule Modern development tools and equipment Professional growth opportunities Opportunity to impact education and build products that matter Collaborative, innovation-focused team culture How to Apply?
