React Developer 2+ Years

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of professional experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in Redux (actions, reducers, middleware, selectors, Redux Thunk or Redux Saga).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks and modern functional components.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs with Redux.
• Knowledge of state management patterns and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Strong debugging skills using Redux DevTools and browser developer tools.
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to TypeScript in React + Redux applications.
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of Redux Toolkit (RTK) for simplified state management.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
