Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Architect to join our dynamic team. As a React Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable front-end solutions using React. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications. Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end systems using React. Lead the development of complex user interfaces and front-end components. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and technical specifications. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. Skills required : Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale React applications. Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, components, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand), hooks, and virtual DOM. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and testing best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services. Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
