React Architect

As a React Architect at Fermion Infotech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable front-end solutions using React. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and architecting scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end systems using React. - Leading the development of complex user interfaces and front-end components. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and technical specifications. - Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. - Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. Skills required for this role include: - Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale React applications. - Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, components, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand), hooks, and virtual DOM. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). - Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and testing best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services. - Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques. In addition to the technical skills required, the ideal candidate must have 8 years of experience in React. The work location for this full-time, permanent position is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, with day shift and morning shift schedules available.
