React Architect

Role Overview: As a React Architect, your primary responsibility will be to architect, design, and oversee large-scale React applications. You will ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance across multi-module systems. Key Responsibilities: - Define frontend architecture standards, folder structure, and best practices. - Lead UI performance optimization, lazy loading, and modularization strategies. - Drive code reviews, design discussions, and component library design. - Collaborate with backend and DevOps for API alignment and CI/CD automation. - Manage migrations from legacy frameworks to React. - Mentor React teams across multiple projects. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, Next.js, and Webpack/Vite. - Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and concurrency features. - Experience in micro-frontend architecture. - Knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil). - Excellent leadership and documentation skills.,
