React Architect

The company Fermion Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced React Architect to join their team in Navi Mumbai. As a React Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable front-end solutions using React. Your role will involve shaping the technical direction, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end systems using React, leading the development of complex user interfaces and front-end components, collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and technical specifications, mentoring junior and mid-level developers, and identifying and resolving complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale React applications, a deep understanding of React fundamentals including JSX, components, state management, hooks, and virtual DOM, strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, familiarity with testing frameworks and best practices, experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services, and a solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the day shift and morning shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with React.
