Reac.jS Developer (0.5-2 Years Experience)

About the Role:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic React Developer who has a solid understanding of modern web development fundamentals and is eager to grow into building scalable, efficient, and maintainable front-end applications

Key Responsibilities:-

Build modern, interactive web applications using React.js from the ground up.

Collaborate closely with other fellow developers to quickly deliver customer-centric solutions.

Contribute fresh ideas to product design and technical direction.

Keep pace with evolving web technologies and bring learning back to the team.

Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and related libraries.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Implement state management using tools like React Context API or Redux (basic exposure).

Debug and troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser responsiveness.

Stay updated with evolving frontend technologies and contribute fresh ideas.

Required Skills and Knowledge:-

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+ features), HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong grasp of React concepts such as components, props, state, hooks, and lifecycle methods.

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Basic experience with RESTful APIs integration.

Familiarity with fetch/axios for data handling.

Knowledge of npm/yarn package management.

Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab.

Writing modular, reusable components.

Awareness of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, memoization, efficient rendering).

Understanding of basic testing principles (Jest/React Testing Library exposure is a plus).

Following clean code standards and proper documentation.

Proactive, self-driven learner—willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate.

Ability to write modular, maintainable code with documentation.

Openness to feedback and working in an agile, collaborative environment.

Passion for delivering delightful user experiences.

(Bonus) Exposure to TypeScript, Tailwind, Material UI, or Next.js.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
