•Collaborate with Various departments to gather necessary data and insights for company strategic direction
•Compile Reports and Presentations on findings to aid Senior Strategy Managers in decision making
•Prepare the annual and long-term Strategic Planning Process in terms of Man-Power, Infrastructure, Projects etc
•Assist in Tracking the Progress of Man Power Planning, Project Status and Infrastructure Status.
•Help identify inefficiencies or challenges in current business processes and suggest improvements
•Prepare Presentations and Reports summarizing research and data findings for leadership teams (Bi-Weekly, Yearly)
•Assist with the Co-ordination of meetings and workshops.
•Korean language proficiency (Speak, Read and Write) is added advantage
