Job Description

Role Overview: As a Performance Steward at Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), your main responsibility will be to maintain the reporting ecosystem and ensure data quality and integrity. You will be creating, developing, and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Smartsheet, Plai, and ValueLens. Additionally, you will be managing adhoc metric/KPI requests, external benchmarking reports, and operational progress and performance metrics. Your role will also involve developing and managing tools for Portfolio or non-pipeline projects and other key business processes, as well as process controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboard specifications, manage UAT on delivered dashboards, and support cross-functional departments by addressing their specific needs for decision-making. Furthermore, you will work on improving the quality and standards of reported data throughout the data sources and provide necessary tool training to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain reporting ecosystem - Ensure data quality and integrity - Create, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using Business Intelligence tools - Manage adhoc metric/KPI requests - Run and submit reports based on annual benchmarking requirements - Develop and manage operational progress and performance metrics - Develop and manage tools for Portfolio or non-pipeline projects - Manage process controls - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboard specifications - Manage UAT on delivered dashboards - Support cross-functional departments by addressing their specific needs for decision-making - Improve the quality and standards of reported data - Provide necessary tool training to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Experience in Pharmaceutical industry, R&D, or Business - Advanced problem-solving skills utilizing predictive analytics - Flexible and open-minded approach to solutions - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to build strong relationships with project teams and support functions - Willingness to work in a global and matrix organization - Ability to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas - Technical skills in Planisware, Agile method, Development in PowerBI, Tableau, Power Platform - Knowledge of analytical technologies such as Python, R, NLP - Understanding of Clinical Data management and integrity validation - In-depth knowledge of performance metrics - Master's degree - Proficiency in English (About the company: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description),
