Job Description

Role Overview: As a Performance Steward at Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), your main responsibility will be to maintain the reporting ecosystem and ensure data quality and integrity. You will be creating, developing, and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Smartsheet, Plai, ValueLens. Additionally, you will manage adhoc metric/KPI requests and external benchmarking reports. Your role will involve developing operational progress and performance metrics, managing tools for projects and business processes, and improving reporting activities to support decision-making across various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain reporting ecosystem and ensure data quality and integrity - Create, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using Business Intelligence tools - Manage adhoc metric/KPI requests and external benchmarking reports - Develop and manage operational progress and performance metrics - Manage tools for projects and business processes - Strengthen reporting activities and support cross-functional departments - Develop dashboard specifications and manage UAT on delivered dashboards - Provide necessary tool training to stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and standards Qualifications Required: - Experience in Pharmaceutical industry, R&D, or Business - Advanced problem-solving skills with predictive analytics - Flexible, open-minded, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to build strong relationships within project teams and support functions - Willingness to work in a global and matrix organization - Ability to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas - Technical skills in Planisware, Agile method, PowerBI, Tableau, Power Platform - Proficiency in analytical technologies like Python, R, NLP - Understanding of Clinical Data management and integrity validation - In-depth knowledge of performance metrics - Master's degree - Proficiency in English (Note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
