Key Responsibilities: ● Lead innovation, research, and product development in UAV technology. ● Manage the entire R&D lifecycle—from conceptualization to prototype development, testing of UAV systems, payloads, and software, and final product optimization. ● Conduct research on aerodynamics, avionics, propulsion systems, AI-based navigation, and autonomous flight. ● Integrate advanced computer vision, AI, and sensor fusion into drone systems for enhanced performance. ● Develop and implement R&D roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future technological advancements. ● Facilitate regulatory approvals by engaging with stakeholders, customers, and government bodies in compliance with aviation and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, DGCA, EASA). Required Skills: ● Strong expertise in UAV design, development, and deployment. ● Hands-on experience with flight controllers and autopilots (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) and GPS systems. ● Proficiency in embedded systems, firmware development, and real-time operating systems (RTOS). ● Deep understanding of RF communication, LiDAR, radar, and sensor technologies. ● Programming proficiency in C++, Python, ROS (Robot Operating System), and MATLAB. ● Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation software (Gazebo, Simulink). ● Experience in battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics for drones.
