Your Role:
As R&D Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative food and nutraceutical products, ensuring high-quality formulations, regulatory compliance, and successful scale-up to production.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and refine formulations for nutritional powders, malted foods, and dietary supplements
•Conduct lab-scale trials and pilot runs; support scale-up to commercial production
•Collaborate with QA, production, procurement, and marketing teams
•Ensure products meet FSSAI and global regulatory standards
•Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and packaging options
•Maintain thorough documentation for all R&D activities
What We’re Looking For:
•M.Sc. / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of relevant R&D experience in nutraceuticals or food processing
•Strong knowledge of functional ingredients, process validation, and regulatory frameworks
•Hands-on, analytical, and innovation-focused mindset
