Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation - Skincare & Hair Care Specialist based in Ambala. The candidate will be responsible for developing and testing innovative skincare and hair care formulations, sourcing and evaluating ingredients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additional tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to create tailored solutions, conducting stability and performance testing, and preparing detailed formulation documentation. The role requires hands-on involvement in lab processes and maintaining strict adherence to quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Critical care medicine or related knowledge relevant to ingredient safety and product efficacy.
• Customer service skills to understand and meet client requirements effectively.
• Experience or strong understanding of formulation science for skincare and haircare products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, creativity in formulation, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and product stability testing is a plus.
