Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced R&D Executive to join our team at Melblok, with 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new research projects to enhance product development and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments and tests.
Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Design and develop new methods and procedures for laboratory testing and analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
