R&D Executive

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing NPK enrichment processes for Fermented Organic Manure (FOM). This will involve conducting lab experiments and pilot trials to test new formulations. You will also be required to monitor physical, chemical, and microbial parameters such as moisture, pH, and nutrient levels. It will be your duty to document all experimental data and analyze the results for process improvement. Collaborating with production teams to scale lab processes to pilot and commercial production is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will need to innovate and propose new fertilizer formulations and enrichment techniques while ensuring quality control and consistency across all R&D batches. Staying updated on the latest agritech and sustainable fertilizer technologies, supporting process optimization, and efficiency improvements in fertilizer production are essential tasks. You will also be expected to coordinate with internal teams for the smooth integration of R&D outputs into production.
