Job Description : The R&D and Clinical Trials Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring clinical validation, pilot studies, and performance evaluation of Babycue’s diagnostic products. The role bridges product development, clinical research, regulatory documentation, and hospital coordination to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance.
R&D Support
1.Assist in product development, optimization, and testing of probiotic and probiotic formulation
2.Conduct bench testing, stability studies, and performance evaluation
3.Document R&D experiments, results, and learnings
4.Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing teams for improvements
Clinical Trials & Validation
1. Design and execute clinical validation protocols (pilot studies, field trials)
2. Coordinate with hospitals, clinicians, ethics committees, and labs
3. Manage patient recruitment, sample collection, and data recording
4. Ensure compliance with GCP, ICMR, and CDSCO guidelines
5. Monitor trial progress and report deviations
6. Should have two wheeler for travel locally for collecting samples.
