Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an RCM Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The RCM Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the sales of revenue cycle management services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of revenue cycle management processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
• Experience in business data processing outsourcing services is a plus
