Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
🔹Perform Insurance Verification for dental services across various US-based dental practices.
🔹Accurately document verification results and update patient records in dental software systems.
🔹Plan creation within PMS
🔹Ensure all processes adhere to HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient data confidentiality.
🔹Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate insurance-related updates.
🔹 06 months - 2 years of experience in Eligibility Verification / Insurance Verification (Dental RCM only)
🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
🔹 Ability to work effectively in a team environment
🔹 Familiarity with dental procedures and insurance regulations
🔹 Familiar with HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.
