📌 Position: AR Executive (Dental RCM) 🦷💼
📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida | 🌙 Shift: Night Shift (🛌 Sat-Sun Fixed Off)
Who Are We Looking For? 🔍
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Claim Statusing with Adjudication (Dental only)
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, CDT codes, and insurance adjudication processes
- Hands-on experience with dental software like Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft
- Proficiency in using payer portals and clearinghouses for claim status checks
- Ability to read and interpret EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate actions
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of denial management and appeal processes
