This role is responsible for developing onboarding & servicing process journey by defining the process on various systems used for NRI customer along with managing term deposit product along with the journey Compliance adherence through effective management of data quality, process health assessment & audit
1 Managing term deposit product with developing unique term deposit journey to increase TD uptake
2 Development of on-boarding journey in core system which caters to all key parameters & regulations
3 Development of digital on-boarding which is error free thus increasing the NPS score & reduce TAT & NFTR
4 Digitisation of current physical on-boarding journey to make NRI on-boarding 100% digital
5 Development of servicing process & digitisation 6 Reduction in onboarding & servicing NFTR 7 Monitoring data quality & process enhancements impacting it
8 Monitoring Process Health Assessment 9 Ensuring no compliance & audit observations
