Manage end-to-end sourcing of hides, fabrics and hardware; plan and oversee inbound logistics to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Identify, negotiate and contract with leather mills, hardware suppliers and tanneries
Track orders, oversee quality inspections at origin and upon arrival
Coordinate transport (LCL/FCL, courier, air freight) and warehouse receipts
Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder points
Liaise with production and accounts to resolve supply-chain issues
2+ years in procurement or supply-chain role (preferably in leather/fashion)
Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (ERPNext, SAP, etc.)
Excellent communication and Excel/data-analysis skills
