Lead the conceptualization and creation of leather goods from initial sketch to working prototype ensuring on-brand aesthetics, functionality and manufacturability.
Develop original design concepts, mood boards and technical sketches
Build physical prototypes and iterate based on fit, function & feedback
Collaborate with procurement to select leather grades, hardware & finishes
Maintain digital asset library (CAD files, tech packs, color specs)
Ensure all designs meet cost, durability and production-line constraints
3+ years in leather accessories/apparel design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD for fashion (Optitex, Clo3D, etc.)
Strong sense of color, texture and trend forecasting
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product development
