Responsibilities

The Integrated Design Specialist plays a critical role in bringing creative ideas to life — ensuring that every piece of artwork, layout, or campaign material leaving the agency is pixel-perfect, print-ready, and on-brand. You’ll be the last pair of eyes before production, working closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account Teams to guarantee flawless execution across all deliverables.

 

  • Prepare and finalize artwork for print, digital, and outdoor media according to production and brand specifications.
  • Review and correct colors, typography, image quality, and layout alignment to meet technical and creative standards.
  • Ensure all files are compliant with printers’ and vendors’ requirements (format, bleed, color profiles, etc.).
  • Perform quality checks and pre-press proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Project Managers to resolve artwork-related issues.
  • Archive, organize, and maintain artwork files for easy retrieval and version control.
  • Adapt and resize existing artwork into multiple formats as required for campaign rollouts.
  • Maintain brand integrity by ensuring visual consistency across all executions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest production techniques, printing standards, and software updates.
Qualifications
  • 6+ yrs of experience in a creative agency or production studio as a Finalizer or Studio Artist.
  • Expert knowledge of

    Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

  • Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and layout best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sharp eye for typography, alignment, and color accuracy.
