Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance, located in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and tax planning. Daily tasks will involve monitoring financial performance, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and coordinating with external auditors. The candidate will also be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and implementing financial policies and procedures. Qualifications Professional Qualification such as Charted Accountant (CA)/MBA Finance/M.COM is a must. Strong knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Experience in auditing, tax planning, and compliance (GST, TDS, PT). Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
