About The Opportunity

• Lead and administer radiation oncology treatments including consultation, planning, and delivery of therapy to ensure precision and patient safety.
• Evaluate patient diagnostics and imaging to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, medical oncologists, radiologists, and support staff to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust protocols based on patient responses and evolving clinical guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance practices.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives and continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DNB) in Radiation Oncology from a recognized institution.
• Proven clinical experience in administering radiation therapy with a strong record of patient care.
• Deep understanding of oncology protocols, radiation safety, and advanced treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
