Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: Create and send accurate, competitive quotations based on customer inquiries and product specifications.
• Client Communication: Understand client needs, clarify product details and delivery timelines, and promptly address queries.
• Follow-Up: Track quotations sent to clients to facilitate deal closures and obtain feedback.
• Pricing & Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive and profitable quotes.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary data and ensure pricing accuracy and approval.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed records of all quotations, customer interactions, and conversion rates.
• Reporting: Generate reports on quotation performance, conversion rates, and sales data for management review.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer inquiries, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop effective strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple client portfolios, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Competence in using MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting, and other relevant company software.
• Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing structures is essential.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer queries, address issues, and provide necessary revisions to quotations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
