Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QuickBooks Online Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance using QuickBooks Online. This is an onsite night shift role based in Hyderabad, requiring strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks Online.
• Record and reconcile invoices, payments, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Assist in payroll processing, tax filing, and statutory reporting.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams/clients during night shift hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone) from onsite Hyderabad location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, taxation, and payroll will be an added advantage.
• QuickBooks Online certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
